Almaty Metro

In 3 hours, you will see the Almaty metro in a new light: learn about its creation, station design features, and what usually goes unnoticed by passengers.

Licensed tour operator

One of the boldest decisions of 1978 for Alma-Ata's development was building a metro. Specialists had to tackle numerous complex challenges. In 2011, the metro opened its stations to passengers.

Each metro station is a work of art. "Almaly" tells about the ancient city's history, "Baikonur" imitates space, "Saryarka" reflects Central Kazakhstan's beauty.

We invite you to discover the city from a different perspective on our unique metro tour with an experienced guide.
